Find It TnT Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
Find It TnT respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect, how we use it, how we protect the platform, when information may be shared, and the choices available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to Find It TnT websites, account services, classified listings, Business Directory services, communications, advertising services, payment-related services and other features made available through the platform.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on how you use Find It TnT, we may collect information such as:
- Your name, username and account type;
- Email address and email verification status;
- Telephone number and, where available, telephone verification status;
- Business name and business contact information;
- Address or location information you choose to provide;
- Listings, advertisements, photographs, descriptions and other content you submit;
- Messages, enquiries, support requests and other communications with Find It TnT or other users where applicable;
- Information associated with purchases, subscriptions, advertising packages or other paid services;
- IP addresses, login records and other technical or security information;
- Information generated through account-verification, CAPTCHA, fraud-prevention and anti-spam processes.
2. Account Registration and Verification
When you create an account, Find It TnT may require you to verify your email address, telephone number, or both.
Where telephone verification is available, we may send a one-time verification code using SMS, WhatsApp or another supported verification method.
Verification helps us confirm that you had access to the email address or telephone number used for the account. Verification does not by itself prove a person's legal identity or guarantee that a user is trustworthy.
Never send or disclose your Find It TnT password or one-time verification code to anyone, including someone claiming to represent Find It TnT.
3. One Account, Different Legitimate Activities
Find It TnT recognizes that the same person or business may legitimately act in different roles on the platform, including as a buyer, seller, advertiser, employer, service provider or business owner.
Using the same legitimate contact information for different permitted activities does not by itself make an account suspicious.
Our security systems are intended to identify abusive duplicate registrations and attempts to circumvent platform rules, not to penalize legitimate users simply because they participate in more than one area of Find It TnT.
4. Fraud, Spam and Account-Security Checks
Find It TnT may use automated and manual checks to help prevent fraud, spam, impersonation, account abuse and other misuse of the platform.
These checks may consider information and signals including:
- Email-address format and verification status;
- Email-domain validity and technical domain checks;
- Known or suspected disposable or temporary email services;
- Telephone-number patterns and telephone verification status;
- Duplicate or repeated registrations;
- Similar names and telephone numbers appearing across separate accounts;
- The same name and telephone number being used with different email addresses;
- Registration and login IP addresses;
- Unusually frequent registrations from the same network or address;
- CAPTCHA and other anti-automation results;
- Suspicious links, spam text or unusual registration information;
- Account activity reasonably associated with fraud, spam, impersonation or attempts to evade restrictions.
No single similarity necessarily proves abuse. For example, family members, employees or legitimate businesses may share a telephone number, device, network or location.
A matching name, telephone number, email pattern or IP address may therefore result in additional review rather than automatic rejection.
5. Automated Trust and Risk Assessment
Find It TnT may use automated systems to assign security or trust indicators to registrations and accounts.
These systems may help determine whether an account can be activated automatically, should remain pending for manual review, requires additional verification, or should have certain activities temporarily restricted.
Where an automated check identifies uncertainty, Find It TnT may place the account under manual review instead of automatically blocking it.
Find It TnT will not intentionally use nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation or other characteristics protected by applicable law as factors in account security scoring or approval decisions.
6. Why We Use Personal Information
We may use personal information to:
- Create, maintain and secure your account;
- Verify your email address or telephone number;
- Provide classified listings, Business Directory services and other platform features;
- Display information that you choose to make public through a listing or business profile;
- Process enquiries, customer-support requests and account appeals;
- Provide transactional and service-related communications;
- Process or facilitate payments and paid services;
- Detect, investigate and prevent fraud, spam, impersonation and security threats;
- Enforce the Find It TnT Terms of Use and other platform policies;
- Improve the operation, reliability and security of the platform;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Account Review, Restrictions and Appeals
An account may be placed under review or temporarily restricted where our security systems identify activity requiring further examination.
A security hold or automated review does not necessarily mean that the user has done anything wrong.
If you believe your account was restricted, suspended or blocked in error, contact info@findittnt.com.
Please include the email address or telephone number associated with your account and a brief explanation. Do not send us your password or verification code.
We may review relevant registration, verification, account and security records when considering an appeal.
8. Information You Make Public
Information that you intentionally publish in a listing, advertisement, Business Directory profile or other public area may be visible to other users and visitors.
Consider carefully what personal information you include in public listing descriptions, photographs and other public content.
9. Payments
Where Find It TnT offers paid services, payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Find It TnT may receive transaction information needed to identify a payment, activate a service, maintain financial records, handle refunds or disputes and provide customer support.
Payment-card information may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider rather than stored by Find It TnT.
10. Service Providers
Find It TnT may use trusted service providers to help operate the platform. Depending on the service, these may include hosting providers, email-delivery providers, payment processors, verification or messaging providers, analytics providers, security providers, mapping providers and technical-support providers.
We may provide those service providers with information reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf, subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
11. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, court order or lawful request from an appropriate authority.
We may also use or disclose information where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect the security of Find It TnT, protect users, enforce our rights or respond to suspected unlawful activity.
12. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Find It TnT may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain sessions, remember preferences, provide functionality, analyze performance, improve security and support other legitimate platform functions.
Some third-party services used by Find It TnT may also place or use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.
13. IP Addresses and Security Records
Find It TnT may record IP addresses and related technical information for purposes including account security, fraud prevention, spam prevention, login protection, troubleshooting and investigation of suspected misuse.
IP addresses and similar technical information are treated as security and operational data and are not intended to be displayed publicly as part of a user's account.
14. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain accounts, complete transactions, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect Find It TnT and its users.
Security, fraud-prevention and account-review records may be retained for a reasonable period after an account is closed or restricted where necessary to prevent repeated abuse, investigate incidents or enforce platform policies.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is being retained.
15. Information Security
Find It TnT uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their passwords and verification codes and should notify Find It TnT if they believe their account has been compromised.
16. Access, Correction and Account Information
You should keep your account information accurate and current.
Where account features permit, you may update certain information through your account area. For assistance with personal information associated with your account, contact info@findittnt.com.
Requests concerning access, correction or deletion may be subject to reasonable identity verification and any applicable legal, security, accounting or fraud-prevention retention requirements.
17. Marketing and Service Communications
Find It TnT may send service communications relating to your account, verification, security, listings, enquiries, payments, subscriptions or other activity on the platform.
Where Find It TnT sends optional marketing communications, available unsubscribe or preference controls will apply where required.
Important security, transactional and account-administration communications may still be sent when necessary to operate or protect your account.
18. External Links
Find It TnT may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Their handling of personal information is governed by their own privacy practices, and Find It TnT is not responsible for those external privacy policies.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Find It TnT develops, as our technology or services change, or to reflect legal, security or operational requirements.
The current version will be published on this page and the revision date may be updated when material changes are made.
