Welcome to Find It TnT. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Find It TnT, including our classified listings, Business Directory, account services, advertising services, communication features and other services made available through the platform.

By accessing Find It TnT, creating an account, submitting a listing, purchasing a service or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

1. Accounts and Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and current information when creating or using an account. You must not impersonate another person or business, knowingly provide false contact information, or use an account for fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or unlawful purposes.

You are responsible for protecting your password, verification codes and other account credentials. Never give your password or one-time verification code to another person, including someone claiming to represent Find It TnT.

2. Buyers, Sellers, Employers, Businesses and Other Roles

Find It TnT allows legitimate users to participate in different areas of the marketplace. A person or business may buy, sell, advertise property, offer services, seek or advertise employment, operate a business profile, or use other permitted services.

Using the same legitimate name, email address, telephone number or other verified contact information while participating in different permitted roles does not, by itself, violate these Terms or make an account suspicious.

Find It TnT may use different account types or permissions internally to provide particular features. Users must not create additional accounts for the purpose of avoiding restrictions, misleading other users, manipulating listings or reviews, sending spam, impersonating another person, or otherwise circumventing Find It TnT policies.

3. Email and Telephone Verification

Find It TnT may require verification of an email address, mobile telephone number, or both before allowing access to some or all account features.

Where telephone verification is available, a one-time authentication code may be delivered through SMS, WhatsApp or another supported verification service.

Successful verification shows that the user had access to the relevant email address or telephone number at the time of verification. Verification does not constitute a guarantee by Find It TnT regarding the identity, character, reliability or trustworthiness of a user.

4. Account Trust, Fraud and Spam Protection

To help protect our users and the platform, Find It TnT may use automated and manual security checks when accounts are registered, verified or used.

These checks may consider security and abuse indicators such as email validity and verification, temporary or disposable email services, telephone-number patterns, duplicate or repeated registrations, registration and login IP addresses, registration frequency, CAPTCHA results, suspicious links or content, unusual account activity and other indicators reasonably associated with spam, fraud, impersonation, account misuse or attempts to circumvent our policies.

A matching name, telephone number, IP address, device, business contact or other similarity does not automatically establish fraud. Legitimate users, families, employees and businesses may share contact information, devices, networks or locations.

For example, the same name and telephone number appearing with another email address may cause an account to be reviewed, but that similarity alone does not automatically mean that the user has violated our rules.

5. Automated Approval and Manual Review

Find It TnT may use automated security assessments to help determine whether an account can be activated automatically or requires additional review.

An account that satisfies applicable verification and security requirements may be approved automatically. An account presenting uncertain or elevated risk indicators may remain pending while it is reviewed or while additional verification is requested.

Find It TnT will not intentionally base account security decisions on nationality, race, ethnicity, religion, sex, disability, sexual orientation, political affiliation or other characteristics protected by applicable law.

6. Restrictions, Suspension and Blocking

Find It TnT may temporarily restrict, hold, suspend or block an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, spam, impersonation, security threats, repeated policy violations, unlawful activity or attempts to misuse the platform.

Where appropriate, Find It TnT may request additional information before restoring access.

If you believe your account was restricted, suspended or blocked by mistake, contact us at info@findittnt.com. Please include the email address or telephone number associated with your account and a brief explanation. Do not send us your password or verification code.

7. Listings and User Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of listings, business information, photographs, descriptions, messages, reviews and other content they submit.

You must not knowingly post fraudulent, misleading, stolen, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene or infringing content, or use listings for spam or deceptive keyword manipulation.

Do not create duplicate listings for the purpose of unfairly dominating search results or circumventing listing limits.

Find It TnT may review, edit, restrict, reject, unpublish or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable listing rules or law.

8. Marketplace Transactions

Unless Find It TnT expressly states otherwise for a particular service, Find It TnT provides a platform that helps users discover and communicate with other users and is not the buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, employer, employee or other principal party to transactions arranged between users.

Users are responsible for performing appropriate checks before paying money, transferring property, entering contracts, attending meetings or completing transactions with another user.

9. Paid Services

Find It TnT may offer paid advertising, featured placement, Business Directory packages, subscriptions or other paid services. Applicable prices, duration and material conditions will be displayed when the service is offered.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Additional payment-provider terms may apply.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not use Find It TnT to commit or facilitate fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unauthorized access, malicious software distribution, unlawful trade, intellectual-property infringement, manipulation of reviews or rankings, evasion of account restrictions, or any other activity that violates applicable law or these Terms.

11. Platform Security

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of Find It TnT, probe or bypass security controls without authorization, scrape or access the platform in a manner that materially disrupts our services, or attempt to obtain another user's credentials or verification codes.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Find It TnT may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, maps, messaging services, analytics services or external websites. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Availability and Disclaimer

We work to keep Find It TnT available and useful, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from malicious activity by third parties.

Users should independently verify information that is important to a transaction or decision.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Find It TnT develops, when our services change, or when legal, security or operational requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date where appropriate.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information, including information used for account verification, fraud prevention and security, is described in the Find It TnT Privacy Policy.
